Dr. Kunal Shahi

I visited Dr Shahi almost 7-8 days back for the first time. I had a fungal infection in my left ear and used a cotton bud after ingress of water. As my regular ENT wasn’t available and I have sinus issues as well as nasal septum problem I was sceptical about visiting a doctor who wasn’t familiar with my ent history. Clinic has enough space for distancing. Compounder and Doctor both followed double masking norms. Fees is reasonable. Treatment cost is reasonable. Doctor patiently explained the issue, did thorough examination, pain reduced by 50% within first 12 hours. Visited 3-4 times in a span of a week but lucky to have chosen the doctor. He is such a great doctor **** ***** *******,he operated me so perfectly.i m vry mch satisfied with him,,as my operation was successfull without any complications.. I got rid of all my problems,,now I feel so better,, he is so gentle n he take care of his patients lyk no other doctor can...

*** ***** **** ** ** ********* ******* He listens your problems patiently and gives you minimum medication. Though being an ent specialist,he also encourages you to have a positive mindset and always emphasize on healthy lifestyle which is less seen in doctors these days. Highly recommended.

He may be a good ENT, I do not know, ******* *** ******** ******* ****** ***. After waiting to consult him for almost two hours beyond the scheduled time, and despite being ahead in the serial order after registration, he point-blank told to come another day because there were forty more patients waiting.

With such attitude and lack of patience to listen, he did not impress me in any way.

If there could be anything as a NEGATIVE rating, I would have rated him that. He is an EXTREMELY RUDE and ARROGANT human being. There should be respect and warmth when you talk to a patient and thats your 1st duty. *** **** *** ***** ******* ***** ** ** **** I understand that there are some good and some bad days, and some days you may not be in your best mood but with this man, you can never expect him talking nicely. **** ****** ******* ** *** ******* **** ** ********** **** *********** *** ******** ***** *** ** ******* ** ****** *** ***** ****** ******** *** **** ** ****** *** **** *** ********** **** *** *** **** *********** *** had to consult another ENT specialist!

PS: Our senior ENT doctor even talked to him on call *** ******* *** *** *** ***** **********

*** ***** ** *** *********** *** I found his approach to be very crude in determining the problem. ** *** ****** ** ****** *** *** **** ***** ** *** ****** ****** he was consistently trying to figure out the problems with my daily life (going to the gym, eating 4 eggs etc). When asked about the reason for the disease, he neglected the question multiple times.

Even while writing medicines, he took a buffer time of 45-60 seconds trying to figure out which medicine to write.

Extremely unsatisfied with the Doctor.

Very generous and courteous doctor and most important human being .

Explains and addresses issues well , suggest the backups in case of emergency and resolved my issue .

Please do visit him if you want a honest treatment .

2 of my relatives had went to him and they are super satisfied as the doctor suggested the remedies while other doctors suggested for expensive therapies
